B AND B PROSPECT, ISKUT AREA BC

Mapsheet 104B, Liard Mining Division

Description
• The B and B copper gold project consists of 12 mineral claims structured into three tenure blocks.
The district-scale project comprises a total of approximately 9,264 hectares (about 22,881 acres).
The project offers close proximity to the Essay Creek access road and the newly constructed Alta Gas McLymont hydropower facility.

• The project also represents the largest available claim package contiguous with Aben Resources’ Forrest Kerr gold project which recently disclosed drill results indicating multiple high-grade zones including 62.4 g/t gold over 6.0m within 38.7 g/t gold over 10.0m at its Forrest Kerr project (source: Aben Resources website). A large claim package owned by Enduro Resources lies west next to Aben

• The specific location of the B and B copper gold project is of interest as it not only surrounds much of the Forrest Kerr gold project being advanced by Aben Resources, but it also contains significant
tenure held in the past by Barrick Gold. Two claim blocks were staked April 29, 2022 covering the 2 Minfile showings known Malachite Peak and Big Mac East. An additional claim was staked July 31, 2022. The claims are situated south of Bob Quinn and Iskut adjacent to Iskut River, west of Ningunsaw Park and are probably the last remaining open Minfile showings in the Iskut/Forrest Kerr area. The access road to Forrest Kerr hydro sites runs along the Iskut River east of the claims.
The area is about 20 km southwest of the Iskut Highway 37 adjacent to a heavily staked area popularly known as the Golden Triangle with hundreds of mineral occurrences and several major copper-gold
prospects. More Creek, Ball Creek and Mt Edziza lie to the north. Telegraph Creek is about 120 km north and Iskut approximately 100 km.
The B and B 1 claim, 48 cells, 849 Hectares Title 1095406 is owned by Barry Price (121855)
The B and B 2 claim 35 cells, 619 hectares Title 1095407 is owned by Brian E. Abraham (200920)
Big Mag Claim 87 Cells, 1540 Hectares covers a very large airborne Magnetic anomaly is owned by Barry Price
Minfile occurrences are:
• 104B 482. Kelly Malachite Peak
• 104B 483 Bell 6. Big Mac East
Numerous claims and showings nearby to the west are being explored by Aben Resources. Skeena Resources Ltd. owns 4 small claims on the east bank of the Iskut River opposite the claims. These
have been held by various owners for 20 years. The very strong aeromagnetic anomaly centered on 6300000 N and 402500 E south of the 2 original has now been staked (Big Mag) as it may represent
a buried porphyry target. Open ground exists to the east and west north and south. Several past Geological and Technical reports cover the area.
The property is available for option: Barry Price, M.Sc. barrygeol.bp@gmail.com, 778-231-9192
A suggested work program would include possible claim additions, prospecting, mapping, Induced Polarization surveys and diamond drilling

Name: KELLY, MALACHITE PEAK, BELL 15, BIG MAC EAST

Mining Division: Liard
BCGS Map: 104B088
Status: Showing
NTS Map: 104B15E
Latitude: 056o 51' 43'' UTM 09 (NAD 83)
Longitude: 130o 33' 54'' Northing 6303100
Easting: 404580
Commodities: Copper, Gold, Silver
Deposit Types: * : Unknown
Tectonic Belt: Intermontane
Terrane: Stikine
Capsule Geology:
The Kelly occurrence is underlain by Middle Jurassic basalts, mudstones and siltstones of the Hazelton Group.
Samples 14940 and 14941 had gold values of 1.37 and 1.39 grams per tonne and copper values of 0.299 per cent and 0.246 cent respectively, from limey mudstones draping pillow basalts; silver
values were 8.3 and 9.3 grams per tonne (Assessment Report 21321).
A sample taken in 2007 (sample 147564), estimated to be within 100 meters of the 1990 sample did not return any significant copper or gold values.
In 2007, Paget Minerals Corp prospected its Malachite Peak claims and collected 19 rock samples over parts of the same ground that Major General worked in 1990.
In 1990, Major General Resources Ltd conducted geological mapping at and prospected the Kelly 4 claims during which 27 rock samples, 7 silt samples, 152 soil samples and 10 pan concentrate
samples were collected.
In 1989 and 1990, Ecstall Mining, Omega Gold and High Frontier Resource held the Bell claims, a strip of which on the Bell 15 claim covered ground adjacent (or covering) the showing area (Assessment Report 20658). A number of samples were taken on the Bell 15 showing during this program. See also Bell 6 for related work history.
In 2018 Cameo Cobalt Corporation conducted an airborne magnetic survey over their Big Mac West and Big Mac East properties.
A total of 511.4 line-kilometres were flown over the Big Mac East, and a total of 201.4 line-kilometres were flown over the the Big Mac West during the 2018 field program.
Twenty-seven rock samples were taken from the Big Mac West Property which contains two MINFILE occurrence, Tic 8 (104B 367) and Forrest 13 (104B 493). The Big Mac East property also contains two MINFILE occurreces, Bell 6 (104B 483) and Kelly (104B 482).
Interpretation of the airborne magnetic data has identified a strong magnetic anomaly stretching more than five kilometers in a generally north-northeast trend across the Big Mac East block
claims. This anomaly appears to be up to approximately one kilometre wide (Press Release, Cameo Cobalt Corp, Feb 2, 2019).

Capsule Geology:
The Bell 6 occurrence is underlain by Middle Jurassic to Late Cretaceous sedimentary rocks of the Bowser Lake Group.
The Bear showing area on the Bell 6 claim consists of a number of brilliant orange gossans ranging in size from 5 square metres to 100 square metres.
Mineralization consists of massive pyrite with minor arsenopyrite in boulders within a grit to boulder conglomerate.
Boulders up to 40 centimetres in diameter were sampled, but failed to return significant precious or base metal values.
Gold and silver values were disappointing, with only slightly anomalous lead and zinc concentrations returned.
Mineralization is visually encouraging, with sulphide-rich areas covered by a resistant ferricrete coating which had to be chipped away to reach actual bedrock material.
At least 9 rock samples range from 700 to 4831 parts per billion zinc (Assessment Report 20658, Figure 11).
Work in 1989 and 1990 consisted mainly of prospecting, reconnaissance mapping and stream sediment sampling.
A total of 96 rock, 1 soil and 89 stream sediment and moss samples were taken from the property.
The Bell group consisted of 120 units jointly owned by Ecstall Mining Corp (50 per cent) and Omega Gold Corp (50 per cent) with High Frontier Resources Inc, holding an option to earn 50 per cent, a portion of which was subsequently transferred to Kennecott Exploration (Canada) Ltd.
Sampling was conducted on the Bell 15 which appears to cover the Kelly showing about 1.5 kilometres to the southwest.
